Thanks to Ranklyn's Reno again for a job well done at 200 Cumming Drive! Our poorly installed basement bathroom shower started to grow black mold out of the baseboards. 🫣 We called a professional when we saw the extent of the damage in the walls and we’re very glad we did! Ranklyn was responsive and thorough with his assessment and quote. He followed through punctually and professionally, expertly correcting the mistakes (missing seal under the shower pan, non-waterproof drywall around the shower and bent pipe under the sink!) of the prior hack job. 🙄 Throughout the job Ranklyn was courteous and careful to protect our floors. He installed the new shower, fixed the peeling paint, replaced the trim and left the bathroom looking brand new. His knowledge and skill was apparent, and we are very pleased with the results.
